Been dreaming of making macarons lately and one of my ideas while in dream stance was Andes macarons. Couldn’t find a recipe so I just went for it. One side chocolate, one side mint macaron. I made a ganache using Andes chocolate as the filling. Turned out ok but the mint extract was a big variable and my batter looks a little warped. LOL.
